The WSU Libraries would like to congratulate the winner of this year’s Library Excellence Award, Dr. Barbara A. Ward of the Department of Teaching and Learning. Ward has demonstrated her support of the libraries not only through the inclusion of a library component in her classes, but also through extraordinary personal generosity. Her donations of juvenile literature to the Education Library have been exceptionally substantial, allowing the Education collections budget to be redirected to other much needed materials. The Libraries are grateful for her enthusiastic personal commitment to improving the resources available to future teachers and all students at WSU. Please join us in recognizing Dr. Barbara A.
