Open Scholarship and FAIR Data Workshop Series

Interested in Data and Open Science? The College of Agriculture, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) and WSU Libraries are sponsoring a workshop series led by Crystal Stanepohl from the Center for Open Science. This fall workshop series will give an overview of the tenets of Open Scholarship, Management and Sharing of Data, including FAIR Data. These are the foundation for ensuring that your research data can be shared, contribute to knowledge generation and be AI-ready, through being Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR).

Workshop dates:
  • Friday October 2nd 10:00-11:30 AM (Introduction to Open Scholarship)
  • Friday October 30th 10:00-11:30 AM (Data Management and Sharing)
  • Friday November 20th 10:00-11:30 AM (Reproducible Methods)
All workshops will be given over Zoom. After registration is finalized, calendar invites with Zoom Meeting information will be sent out approximately two weeks before the date.
