Program Coordinator

Washington State University Libraries, Pullman, WA

The primary responsibility of this civil service staff position is to assist the Libraries’ Development Director in fundraising operations. Duties include: coordinating annual fundraising plans, managing records, processing donor checks and gift transmittal forms, organizing and assisting in the implementation and evaluation of special events. Regular schedule, Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day, with occasional non-traditional hours that may include evenings and weekends. Part-time (50%), 12-month.
