Since people of Chinese descent constitute Pullman's largest minority, it's not surprising that there are many Chinese restaurants in town; but for something different try Azia, the Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant at 1515 Merman Drive, next to the HiCo gas station. The building is nondescript and the interior laid out as a collegiate nightspot for dancing; but some of the Vietnamese specialities are very tasty. Like all the Asian restaurants in town, they do take-out.
