Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Lewis McMorris was born in Ohio on August 12, 1831. In 1855 he moved to Walla Walla, Washington Territory, where he was a pioneer stageline operator and owned and operated the first store in the city. He died in Walla Walla December 16, 1915.
