Harold A. Richardson (circa 1913-1976) was born in Pullman, Washington where he attended the State College of Washington and graduated in 1935 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech. Richardson was later assigned to General Staff Corps in 1941 and became active in motion pictures.
