How Do I… Request Home Delivery of Books?

Items Held by WSU

  1. Make sure you are logged into Search It so you can see request options.record screenshot with Login highlighted
  2. Look for the red “Request Physical Item” button and use it to see your delivery options.Request options in Search It button screenshot
  3. Select “Pullman Home Delivery” from the drop-down menu. Make sure that your address in MyWSU is up-to-date. Pullman Home Delivery dropdown screenshot

Items Not Held by WSU

  1. Make sure you are logged into Search It so you can see request options.Click on Sign In
  2. If the WSU Libraries do not own an item, you will see a red “Request through InterLibrary Loan” button instead of the regular “Request button.”Click on Request through InterLibrary Loan
  3. Clicking on the “Request through InterLibrary Loan” button will take you out of Search It and into ILLiad, where you will need to sign in again. If you have never requested something through InterLibrary Loan, you will need to create an account. Learn more about creating an ILLiad account.Log into ILLiad with your WSU network ID and password
  4. Sign in using your WSU Network ID. The request form should be auto-populated with your item’s information. Click submit. Learn more about InterLibrary Loan.
