The Libraries support all students and faculty at WSU
With more than 2 million books, 30,000 journal subscriptions, electronic databases, 46,000 maps, internationally renowned Special Collections, and other rich resources, The Libraries at Washington State University bring extraordinary vitality to the University’s teaching and research programs.
And, as with other significant units, The Libraries need to evolve and to be equipped with the full range of tools and services that distinguish a leading-edge academic library.
"We must identify new financial resources to invest in our libraries. It is impossible for us to achieve our AAU aspirations without a stronger financial commitment."
Elson S. Floyd, Ph.D.,
President of WSU
August 30, 2013, the WSU community lost a visionary and an innovative leader, but we have an opportunity to carry forward his vision and life’s work.
Our memory of Glenn Terrell as “the students’ president” lives on through generous contributions to the
Glenn Terrell Endowment for Excellence in Student Services.
